The solution consists of multiple compute clusters. For general compute purposes, 740 Intel (R) Xeon (R) E5-2620v4 @ 2.10GHz cores with a total of 4.74TB of RAM. To perform GPU accelerated simulations in a faster and more efficient way, IA, DL and ML, an IBM Power9 compute system with two NVIDIA Tesla V100 SXM2 16 GB cards, and an Intel compute system with two GPUs NVIDIA Ampere A100 PCIe 40GB. The complex has a parallel high performance storage of 110 TB for scratch, 55TB shared storage for Home and Projects, and 1PB for genomics. An InfiniBand EDR 100 Gb/s high speed low latency fabric interconnect all the compute and storage complex.
