Test rig for complete 2-wheel-drive e-axles (inverter, e-motor and transmission integrated in a single housing), testing the assembled system under load and measuring efficiency, performance, durability and NVH behaviour. Built around 2 hub dynamometers (500 kW nominal / 3.19 kN·m nominal torque each, up to 3,000 rpm), 2 gearbox pairs (ratios 2.23 and 5.08), and a regenerative DC battery-emulation supply (400 kW, 20–1,500 V DC, 840 A). Measurement includes a power analyser up to 1,500 V DC / 1,200 A (6 phases + DC, 2 Msample/s per phase), HBM torque and current sensors, and universal thermocouple/ICP/strain-gauge input channels. Independent thermal conditioning (2 circuits, 80 kW cooling / 12 kW heating per circuit, −5 °C to 90 °C). Acoustic and vibration (NVH) testing runs in combination with the NAINVH semi-anechoic chamber.
