Globe box pressurized with Nitrogen including Thermal Evaporation + e-Beam depositions. The equipment consists of a standard evaporation equipment and an electron beam (e-beam) for the deposit of different materials. It is also equipped with a spin coater to deposit polymers.
The equipment is specifically designed for the complete manufacture of photovoltaic cells based on organic materials as these materials do not withstand environmental conditions of humidity and temperature.
Evaporated film services could be provided for applications other than photovoltaic technology.
