It is a large-scale rotary printer for functional materials and ink trials. It can work 50 mm/min, with rolls until 300 mm width. Different configurations of the printing units, pre-treatment and curing units can be set up. It is possible to combine gravure (forward and reverse), flexography and screen rotary printing. Thermal curing can be used with IR chamber or 4 convection ovens (150ºC / 0.5 m), and on-line UV curing is able too. Corona pre-treatment can be used in a continuous process. A lamination unit is also installed to fix two film materials with a pressure control.
